Our teacher for Hot and Strength classes, Sydni believes healing starts with a strong body. Her classes are sure to make you sweat and feel great mentally with her strength training approach to yoga. Sydni has years of experience teaching workout classes, and has been doing yoga since she could walk. She loves making her students feel confident, and pushes them to become the best version of themselves.

Kim Olson, veteran, pilot, farmer, and yoga instructor. She has been practicing for nearly 20 years and specializes in injury recovery. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance certified in Chakra, Meditation, Injury, Restorative, Spine, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Strength, Yin, Inversion, and Trauma.
Kim is a long-time resident of Mineral Wells and as a combat veteran, she brings a perspective of the power of yoga in healing and self-care. When Kim is not teaching, she is working on her sustainable ranch next to the Brazos River with her husband Kent.

Deena loves providing space for her students to get still and quiet to hear from God; and for them to leave class feeling recharged, renewed, with a new perspective, as well as stronger and more flexible physically, mentally and emotionally. In every class she teaches techniques that students can take with them into their everyday lives. Her faith-based classes include scripture meditation and christian music.

What do i bring to class?
Our studio is stocked with mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and anything else you may need during class. All we ask you to bring is a water bottle, and a friend!
What if i’ve never tried yoga?
We are so excited you are taking the steps to add yoga to your lifestyle. We welcome all levels to all our classes. Just remember, you can always modify any of our classes to fit your skill level.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?
Athletic clothing where the instructor can have a good idea of your body alignment, and at the same time clothes that are comfortable, fast drying and do not restrict your movement.
What are the benefits of yoga?
With regular practice, you will notice your body getting stronger and more flexible; you will feel more grounded and have better posture. On a mental level you will notice improved focus, the ability to stay calm and maintain relaxed breathing.
DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA?
It is a misunderstanding that you have to be flexible or strong to do yoga. We work on many levels including the body, the breath, the mind and the spirit in every class. You will find yourself becoming more flexible and strong as you continue to practice yoga.
